We love this family run restaurant- and just had such an amazing dinner there tonight! Started with a special Caesar dip appetizer with bread - which was so warm and yummy. Great flavor! Their dinners come with soup and salad - tonight was a rich and flavorful potato leek soup. Then a house salad with 3 dressings on the side, all homemade and each so flavorful I had to try all three! I had their seafood pasta which had a just few fresh vegees mixed in with the shrimp & scallops - just like I love. Hubby had Coq au Vin chicken dish, cooked so well. Finished off our amazing meal with Key Lime pie and strawberry shortcake. This was a top notch meal enjoyed with a local wine. One of our favorite places in the valley for dinner. Even on this busy night they are all about great service and wonderful food! We always love it!

My sister-in-law took me to this family owned restaurant to celebrate my birthday, my husband's birthday and her birthday too! I had the seafood special, my husband had beef stroganoff and she ordered the vegetable casserole. All of us were delighted with our meals. Everything is made from scratch with locally sourced ingredients. Including biscuits, 3 salad dressing options. Our server Liz was amazing as usual!! Think dinner at a friend's house in the 70's! You go to see a friend and discover he's a gourmet chef.

Our family voted Arbor House the BEST place to eat. Not only is the food the most delicious in the valley (Southern Oregon's best kept secret) the atmosphere and the BEST EVER SERVICE! We feel a part of the family when we're dining. Special every single time. A MUST! Tonight we had this halibut. The best I have EVER had.

Food, service and ambience were great! Now, this is not a fancy nouvelle cuisine restaurant. Its a family restaurant that serves excellent quality food with flair. We went to a fancy restaurant in Ashland the night before ( Peerless) that served bland food and we were particularly thankful for good solid food well prepared at Arbor House. My wife had the eggplant Parmesan . Excellent! ( her leftovers were an excellent snack for me after the play) . I had the cioppino.. Not the best i have ever had, but solid, well prepared, especially after the addition of a bit of hot sauce. Dinner include soup and salad, making the dinner more reasonable than most. We will be back. BTW, you need to make reservations. They are popular

Ok...this is perhaps my new favorite restaurant. It is a little hippie, a little warm and cozy, family run for 39 years. We had steaks, chicken parm and the arbor house soup and salad( with biscuits and homemade dressings) and love. The family loves their place. It is a leisurely paced dinner, one that can be inspired by 4o years of pictures, conversations and the warm glow of comfort and memory. This place is amazing

The food is DELICIOUS!!! All entrees come with soup, salad, and their amazing biscuits. The price for what you get is great! They offer several daily specials, which makes it fun in terms of options. The service was welcoming, engaging and kind. I truly appreciate the ambiance: homey feeling with Irish-essences scattered throughout.
